Chad Baker will lead the new San Diego office. Baker joined the Emery Team in June 2013. Baker is a veteran of the residential mortgage industry, and was named by Originator News among the top 1% of mortgage originators in both 2011 and 2012. Baker began his career as co-founder of a private equity firm specializing in the placement of commercial development projects and most recently worked as the branch manager of PrimeLendings San Diego office. Baker lives in Rancho Santa Fe with his wife, and is actively involved the San Diego Humane Society and SPCA.
